What began as a professional relationship nearly 40 years ago quickly turned into a life long friendship in such a way that only Harvey can orchestrate. Knowing him through many good times and many trying times showed me the true character of the man who I was proud to call a friend.
    Harvey, you will be missed.
Laurie and I extend our most sincere condolences to his entire family.
