I am so sorry to hear of Dr Berg’s passing. He was a very kind gentleman who passed along his extensive knowledge of nuclear medicine and financial planning to the technologists of Yale-New Haven Hospital. We enjoyed working with him, such a classy guy! He often spoke of his love for his family to us. I am forever thankful for the honor of working with such a wonderful man.

although I am away and cannot be with Jerry’s family and thousands of friends and grateful patients, I share their sadness. Having shared the Oak Lane tennis courts with him and his pals for 25+ years, I can say , without reservation, that Jerry was one of the truly good guys of our community. When we say “of blessed memory”, we are surely honoring Jerry.

Dear Barbara, Melissa and all family members-
On behalf of all of the Spivack/Bennett families we are so very sad to hear about the loss of such a great man. His infectious smile, positive attitude and love of life will always be remembered. When my Mom traveled to India with Jerry, Barbara and a group of adults to explore that foreign country, Jerry helped to watch over my Mom during the far away adventures and I knew she was safe.More locally, when ever any of our family ( including Sara ) were in his presence he always expressed a sincere and loving interest in our lives. What a truly special man, we feel honored to have crossed paths so much. We send our love and prayers to all of you during this very difficult time.
