Carl Donald Burney, 79 of 67 Rimmon Rd., North Haven died Feb. 19, 2009 at the Westfield Care and Rehabilitation in Meriden. He is survived by his wife Carol Mittenthal Burney, two daughters Melissa Burney Drumheller of North Haven and Maria Babb of Orlando, FL., a son Mickey Burney of Orlando, Fl., three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Temple Beth David, 3 Main St., Cheshire Sunday morning at 11am. The interment will be in the Temple Beth David section of Cheshire Hillside Cemetery, Wallingford Rd., Cheshire. Period of mourning will be observed at the Burney residence, 67 Rimmon Rd., North Haven through Tuesday evening.
