Eleanor Glick died on September 7, 2018 at the age of 94. She was the daughter of the late Max and Sadie Evans of New Haven. She was the spouse of the late Abraham Glick. Eleanor was a graduate of the Commercial High School and was active throughout the New Haven community. Eleanor was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves her son Stephen of Madison (Sally), and daughter Meryl (Larry) of Hamden. Her granddaughter, Jamie Glick Lombardy of Darien (Chris) and grandson Attorney Aaron Glick of Southport (Laura) and four great-grandchildren, Ryan Lombardy, Landon Lombardy, Arden Lambardy, and Jacqueline Glick. She leaves her loving sister Ariene Rosenbaum formerly of Waterbury, and her deceased sisters Thelma Reiss and Sylvia Zelder. Eleanor Glick's burial will be a private graveside service Sunday morning.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Eleanor Glick Scholarship Fund Gateway Community Colleage Foundation of New Haven CT, the Jewish Federation Building Fund of Woodbridge CT, and VITAS Healthcare of Waterbury, Connecticut.
