Gertrude Spear, 89 of Woodbridge,  passed peacefully at CT Hospice August 15, 2010 after a long illness. Gert was the widow of Carlson Spear and is survived by her loving children: Deann Marin, Laurence Spear, Richard Spear, and Karen Abbruscato, and leaves behind seven grandchildren:Christopher, John, Sara, Matthew, Michael, Richard, Samantha and two great grand children.
