Harold Rudnick, 94, of New Haven and recently Hamden, passed away on March 5, 2015. He was the beloved son of Paul and Betty (Chernoff) Rudnick. Harold is survived by his devoted wife of 73 years, Cecille Vivian Soybel Rudnick, his loving daughters Barbara Glass (Peter) of West Palm Beach FL, Ellen Rudnick (Paul Earle) of Riverwoods, IL, Marjorie Rogers (Steve) of Albuquerque New Mexico and Jane Rudnick Van Pelt (James) of New Haven. He was cherished " Poppi" to Alexandra, Oliver, Max, Sarah (David), Noah (Ashley) and Paul (Melanie) and survived by five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and his sister-in-law Lila Ment Rudnick, who all adored him. He was predeceased by his siblings, Shirley Schnitman, David Rudnick and Max Rudnick. A lifelong resident of the New Haven area, he was friend to everyone and will be missed by all.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 8th at 2 pm at Temple Beth Shalom, 1809 Whitney Avenue, Hamden, CT. Interment will be in the Mt. Sinai Memorial Park, Jewell St., New Haven.
