Harriet T. Raffel of Bridgeport, CT. died September 9, 2016. She was the widow of William A. Raffel and is survived by two children, Nancy and Richard Raffel.
Graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday morning, 11: am at the B'nai Jacob Cemetery, Jewell St., New Haven.
