Henrietta "Henny" Libov, 98, died Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in Sunrise, Fla. She was the widow of Benjamin Libov. She was born on Aug. 10, 1911 in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Bella Stark. She lived most of her life in New Haven before moving to Florida in 2004. She was devoted to family and to bringing joy through her gift as a pianist and entertainer. She performed throughout New Haven, including at the Jewish Home for the Aged and at Tower One-Tower East, where she lived before moving to Florida. She leaves her sister, Evelyn and brother-in-law Jerry Mandell of Hamden; her son Allan and daughter-in-law Barbara Libov of Tamarac, Fla.,  and her daughter, Charlotte Libov, of Miami Beach, Fla.;  grandchildren, Ira Libov and wife Barbara, of Merrick, Long Island and Sheryl Libov Rosenthal and husband Stuart of Plantation, Fla., and her four great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Rachel, Laura and Sammy.

Graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, 10:AM at Congregation Sinai Memorial Park, Farwell St., Allingtown, West Haven.
