Henry Samuel Greenhouse, 74 of 1687 Boulevard, New Haven died Aug. 29, 2009. Born Oct. 30, 1934, son of the late Dr. Barnett and Donah Cohen Greenhouse Henry graduated Hopkins School in 1952 and received his Bachelor's degree in 1956 and Master's degree in 1958 both from the University of Pennsylvania. He directed two musical groups: one while at college and the Memorettes Singing Chorus in New Haven in the 1960's. In the jazz field Henry made a number of demo tapes for artists and wrote liner notes for a jazz album.

Funeral service at the B'nai Jacob Cemetery on Jewell St., in New Haven, Wednesday at 12:noon.
