Martin (Marty) (Pa) Rosmarin passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Connecticut Hospice surrounded by his family. Martin is survived by "the light of his life" Arla, his wife of 52 wonderful years, his loving daughters Julie Amann, Meryl Dwyer - son Chris Amann and son-in-law Jimmy Dwyer. Two amazing grandsons, Daniel and Tyler Amann. Marty is also survived by his sister in law Judy Pachter, special nieces Jackie Weltman and Rachel Pachter, along with an amazing circle of friends (far too many to mention). Marty earned his PhD at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He was a school psychologist for 25 years in the Wilton High School system and spent 35 dedicated years in private practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Orange, CT. Marty helped and touched the lives of many people. He will always be remembered for his kindness, compassion and never ending sense of humor. He will be sorely missed but forever in our hearts.
Service in the Weller Funeral Home, 493 Whitney Avenue, New Haven, Sunday morning at 11. To fulfill his wishes contributions can be made to the Sierra Club or Hospice.
