Phyllis Dorothy Mirsky, a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother & great grandmother, passed away peacefully at Moziac Senior Life on May 13, 2025, at the age of 96. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and was a long-time resident of Bridgeport and Trumbull CT. Phyllis will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and love of family.

Phyllis worked for many years as a bookkeeper before retiring to spend her time with her family and always loved babysitting for her grandchildren, who she adored. Other interests included tennis, bowling, mahjong, canasta, and various card games.

Phyllis is survived by her loving daughters Robin Coleman (Barry) & Joan Birchfield (Craig), her grandchildren, Justin Coleman (Jill), Andy Coleman (Sabah), Adam Birchfield (Natasha), and Eric Birchfield, and great children Henrik and Annika Birchfield and Corey and Casey Coleman. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Philip Mirsky, and her sister, Carol Cease.

A grave side service will be held on May 18, 2025, at Loyalty Cemetery, 172 Burroughs Road, Fairfield, CT, at 10:00 a.m. Donations in her name can be made to the Moziac Senior Life, Bridgeport, CT.
