Phyllis C. Rogoff of Orange died January 17, 2009. She was the devoted daughter of the late Eunice and Louis Rogoff. She will be forever missed by her loving sister Eileen Rogoff and Jonathan Eagan of Newton, MA. and her cherished poodle Cookie.
