Susan Perry Kaye, 69, formerly of Derby and Woodbridge , died Jan. 23, 2011 after a lengthy  illness, at the Arden House in Hamden .  She was the daughter of the late Muriel Perry Kaye and J. Herbert Kaye. She is survived by her brother David Kaye and sister-in-law Merianne Kaye of North Haven and  a niece and two nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved sister Marilyn Kaye Goldstein and her adored dog Chumley. Susan graduated Hillhouse High School in 1959 and attended Julliard School of Music and The Hart School of Music. In later years she was employed by ADP in Milford.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday morning 10:30am at the Weller Funeral Home, 493 Whitney Ave., New Haven. The interment will be in the B'nai Jacob Memorial Park, Wintergreen Ave., New Haven. Memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice, Inc., 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405
